Cancelling Orders

You have the right to fully cancel an order with us up to the time that it’s been shipped. After it has been shipped, please refer to the below information.

Returns & Exchanges

Goods may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt, provided that a copy of the invoice is included, the merchandise is unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Please note, only items returned are eligible for refund. We do not refund the original shipping costs or costs incurred to return the items to us.

How to return items

Please use the form on our Contact Us page to provide your name, email address and full description of the problem including the invoice number. We will then provide an address to send the item/s to.

 

Returns Costs From Within The UK
We require the customer to cover the cost of returning the items to us. We then cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item/s.

Returns Costs From Outside The UK
We require the customer to cover the cost of both returning item/s to us and the new exchanged items.

 

Returns Processing
Normally processed within 10 working days.

Refund Processing
Normally processed within 15 working days.
